How do I reschedule my mission?
To change your mission or start time, please provide at least 24 hours' notice with no fee. If you give less than 24 hours but more than 3 hours' notice, a $25 rescheduling fee applies, and availability is not guaranteed. We cannot accommodate rescheduling with less than 3 hours' notice. In case of a last-minute emergency, please call us to discuss options. If you're unsure when to reschedule, you can receive Future Credit with no expiration, which can be applied towards a mission of equal or greater value.
